As it happens the url shortener that I used ( fwd4.me) produced broken links.So I must now run around correcting the links I posted regarding The project of faxing copies of Dr.Peikoff's "Health Care is not a Right"

Perhaps either the long URL you were trying to shorten, or the short
URL instead?
